Alecia comes to Seattle!

My sister, Alecia and her kids came in to town last week and we played. We went downtown Seattle and hung out on the Waterfront one day and then on Saturday we had the most amazing weather, and definitely enjoyed it by taking the kids to the Zoo. IT was so fun for everyone. Maizyn sure loves her cousins. We're gonna miss them!

Should I go brown?

I've been debating whether to go dark or not for years now. This is what I might look like... What do you think?

Chelsea inspired me by her makeovers on her blog... Look what she might look like in 20 years! What are we getting ourselves into?? Little hottie.

Maizyn wants a pup.

We have been doggy sitting Adidas, my in-law's dog for about a week as they have been out of town. Maizyn sure has loved it and loves Adidas so much. Clay was in heaven as Adidas is "his babygirl". Clay has had her since he was 11. She's a great dog. It was fun to have her here. I'm not sure I can handle all the care that goes into having a dog again, but someday... when we have a yard. Here is a funny picture of Maizyn and Adidas. Notice the silver headband that Maizyn put on her. She was a trooper.

YAY! We got a new computer and I was finally able to load some pictures in the posts below. I know there are a lot and you don't have to look at them if you don't want to. This is more journaling for myself than anything. Life is grand ~ Hope you are all enjoying SPRING! :)

Maizyn is a silly girl. She still loves to jump on her bed and can't get enough of making funny faces. We have lots of fun playing together. She keeps us laughing.

Easter Sunday

Maizyn would not let me take her picture on Easter Morning in her Easter Dress. She was sick with the flu for almost a week before hand and just at the tail end of it that day, so I guess I don't blame her, I still wanted to capture her in her dress looking happy... oh well. She still looked sweet.

This was a family night that we did with my Mom the Monday before Easter. It was so fun for all the cousins to get together for one of the Easter traditions that I always did growing up. :)
